This is one of those tools that I have seen in other industries and thought "wow this would be great for our industry!" but as soon as we got started with it, realized how much more complicated it was than what we thought! It takes forever to get anything done (I'm not kidding) and if you don't do everything perfectly - your system will go down or fail to process any invoices at all. They actually had a huge outage recently where ALL of the systems were completely unusable because one piece of software failed. We're stuck having to figure out who owes us money every month via phone calls. There's no way to track payments made after an invoice has been submitted either! Not only does it take forever to get ANYTHING accomplished via this tool, it literally makes me want to cry each time I use it. Don't waste your time. Seriously. Look elsewhere. You'll save.
