This software is easy to use as there are no complex features or confusing functions that make you want to give up at first sight of what your trying to do! It has simplified my work life greatly because I can now have everything in one place instead of having several different tools scattered around with only half an idea about how each works together. The most important feature is that I can check my status of each rule in every state at any time from anywhere online or mobile device! It's very easy to use as well so no complaints there either!! Sometimes you have trouble finding rules for specific states but overall this program has been great thus far - sometimes we do not get all our reports back yet which makes tracking down certain info difficult (and annoying!). The ability to search for regulations in one place is very useful! The dashboard is one of my favorite features because I can see an overview about what we are doing well as far more detail if something isn't working out so great! If you want to be able track your employees with ease this software does that for sure!! The dashboard is very user friendly! It's easy to use for employees who are not familiar with all of your EO policies as well as those that have experience in these areas. There isn't much I dislike about this product other than how you can create different dashboards (or "modules") so each employee or department has its own view/dashboard - no more needing multiple screens at once just to see what an individual needs! The ease of use is great! I can log in at any time or day to check my report status and see if there are updates to be made before submitting an updated version for our clients' approval.
