The ease of use is great! I can log in at any time or day to check my report status and see if there are updates to be made before submitting an updated version for our clients' approval. It's not perfect but works well enough that we don't have many issues with this application overall. We would like more robust features such as automated document uploads (PDF only) from other applications/systems so we could eliminate some manual steps involved. This allows us to get out reports into their hands faster than ever without having to go back through all documents one-by-one manually uploading each file individually.
