This device is most likely only suitable for a mouse or keyboard. Not the camera and not the audio and not all mice are USB. It worked with a wired USB mouse. With a BT5 dongle and a BT mouse this sometimes worked, i.e. the connection dropped randomly. The same BT dongle on a very long USB2 extension cable worked great with mice, keyboards and headsets. The plan was to use a 50 foot Cat 6 cable to connect the BT-5 dongle to a PC in another building. Connects directly to a PC and through the wall to an outlet. Factory connections at both ends. This was to replace the USB2 cable that was visible on the walls and above the ceiling. The key was immediately recognized by the PC (no problem in the device manager). The BT mouse is connected and working. The BT keyboard was unstable. None of the three different BT headsets or headphones that worked with the old USB2 extension cable will work with the new USB2 extension cable. I have tried different Cat 6 runs and USB2 and USB3 ports on the PC and USB3 ports on the PCI Express card. None worked with an audio signal.
