Good knife - chef's knife

Nice knife. The sleeve makes it easy to store or present. The handle has a comfortable shape for easy handling. The weight is not exaggerated, but just right for a haircut without much effort. The knife has a very good overall balance. It feels solid and is easy to ride. This blade is probably the sharpest blade I have ever used. It was amazing right out of the box. I've used it to mince ribs, mince chicken, and chop and mince veggies. Overall this is a great knife and you look cool using it.
