My 12 month old Grandson does very well in this float. It is a little difficult to get him all strapped in but once in he enjoys it. He has used this probably 5 times this summer and already several the loops have broken, including the loop that holds the tail piece on. This is concerning because this is the part that prevents him from flipping. We are unable to use the sun cover because of broken loops. Also the plastic buckle cover broke off after about the 3rd use. We no longer feel safe with the float. With what I paid I would expect to be able to use it for a full season. Very disappointing.
