Review on Gingher G TNKE Knife Thread Nippers by Kim Sanchez

These are the best little thread trimmers I have ever used. I used to have a set of Fiskars and they never cut the thread, when they did they broke it and only after a couple of tries. I'm knee deep in the production of masks for my husband and his Coast Guard staff, I need something to remove loose threads and fast. Revain bless their hearts was able to get them to me for same day delivery. The scissors are incredibly sharp, cut perfectly every time, and do a great job cutting seams when I don't feel like chasing a seam ripper. They also do a fantastic job of cutting gum. They're quite light for their size, but certainly feel as solid as you'd expect from a quality pair of scissors. I plan to buy more to keep them close to my other sewing machines. I have no experience with the light version, which Gingher also makes, but I'd say if you can afford it, buy it. You will not regret it.
