The ability to query multiple sources of information in one place is very helpful for our organization. It's also easy to use once you get used to it. We were able to create several reports that we could share with other departments within our organization without having to send them through email or copy/paste from Excel. I wish there was an option to export all queries as a single report so that others can view what has been queried when they are looking at different areas of your website. This would be especially useful if we wanted to show someone who isn't familiar with how this tool works exactly what questions have been asked by clients over time. Reporting outages and maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.
