This is a nice bag and I really like the three compartments. Remember this is tote bag size not purse size for anyone and I love big purses. I can fit my 13-inch Macbook, iPad, and a bunch of marketing materials split across two sides, and then a pen pocket, cheats, business cards, and other small things in the middle section. I tried it as a big bag. and it's just too big for that, no, it doesn't stand on its own, but it really can't and it's a big, soft leather bag, which is a wonderful thing!
