The team at NSI is very knowledgeable about their products and always willing to go above and beyond to help you. They are always quick to respond and do what they say they will do. I have been able to work with them on several projects over the years and never had any issues. Their customer service is second to none - they truly care about their customers and want to provide the best solution possible. Sometimes it's hard to find an issue with their product or implementation when we've had success in the past. We used NSI to implement our Salesforce instance for all of our clients. It was the first time we were using Salesforce for this purpose, so there were some learning curves, but overall, it was pretty seamless.
