COULD BE USED FOR A CASUAL OUTFIT OR ADD SOME ACCESSORIES TO DRESS IT UP. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I'M 5' AND 115LBS. WITH BOOTS ON, IT WAS STILL DRAGGING SLIGHTLY ON THE GROUND. I ORDRED A SMALL.
