Pretty Decent Thus Far.
Just put product on our 31 ft 5th wheel. Seems well made, comes with all the pieces you need EXCEPT INSTRUCTIONS. Watched a few videos online and figured it out. We are in New England (NH) so only time will tell if it holds up to the snowy winters here. We will report back in May when we see ot again.

Pros
- Pretty easy to put on...definitely a two person job. Moisture beads off the material very well.
Cons
- I haven't even taken it out of the box, I do not plan to use it until some time in October.
