Worked great, I was so happy using it I immediately started fixing things in and around the house. As soon as I had a chance to use it for exactly what I bought it for (putting numbers on homemade clocks and plates) the piston broke. Contacted Makita hoping the solution would be a simple "we'll send you a replacement part" (which costs about $7), but instead they want you to take it to a certified service center for repair. The closest one to us is over 40 miles away so it looks like I'll just buy the part and try again. With the number of traffic jams that have happened, I have little hope. And I really shouldn't replace parts on devices that haven't even been used in the store. Should have listened to other reviews. I was so excited to get my hands on a cordless nailer that I decided to give it a try anyway. Makita seller. (Found the part number in the manual, double checked the website) Installed a new part. The piston burst again. ๐คจ I ended up taking it to the above service center and paying over $40 to have it fixed as I voided the warranty with the wrong part and had to pay for the 'correct' parts ๐คฏ๐ค Had a terrible one customer experience. I don't use that thing anymore. โน๏ธ
