Ideal for fixing the gear cable

Stuck in a van at a gas station in an alley to fill up. The shifter cable melted from the exhaust fumes. Panic trying to move the vehicle to complete our trip. When we found the drive mechanism underneath, we were on our way. As I parked, I noticed the cord had melted, so I zipped it up and down. I taped a heat shield over the cable and zip ties. Everything is fine until I change the shift cable. Lightweight velcro and tailored to size. Highly recommended and always handy in your RV or garage.
