Great taste, bad crash!

I really wanted this pre-workout complex, but I had enough energy for a maximum of an hour. It gave me an energy crash and I felt like there was nothing I could do after my workout. I also kept getting muscle cramps, which I don't normally get. The flavors were amazing, not sweet at all. I just want it to work for me.
