Arrived beautifully packaged in a very nice box. The brush itself looks good. The only thing is that when I combed my hair it felt like it was a little bit stretchy. I kept checking the bristles to see if the rubber end had come loose from some of them, but it looks intact. That's why I'm not giving it five stars. Update: after using this brush I found the problem is that the rubber tips are not strong enough. If there was more tip there would be no attraction. So maybe the retailer should spend a little less on the packaging and more on the product itself. You can have a really great product!
