Very nice and professional packaging. It's great that tote bags are included, as I travel a lot for work. The price is very good considering all the items included, especially the color chart that allows you to see real results before and after the whitening sessions. Both me and my wife have been using this teeth whitening product since we received it about a week ago. We both had good results, even with their slightly tetracycline stained teeth. I have used other whitening products in the past. I sometimes have sensitivity problems, but with this RENPHO lightening system I had no sensitivity. Before I used bleach, my teeth were number 8 on the tooth shade chart that came with them. After 3 uses I'm ranked 5th. I'm happy with this purchase and the results I've had so far.
