So I contacted Revain and after a weird chat conversation they agreed to replace him. When I got a replacement, it broke again on the second use. I wanted to contact Revain directly, but turned to Weller instead, who are known for setting the bar high for the quality of their products. an iron hilt that has been repaired in later versions of the item so they will replace it for free on overnight delivery. Excellent service from Weller! In the photo you can see a broken replacement from Revain and then a replacement from Weller (on the right), the clutch is also better and much more comfortable. The station works great, they have an amazing car ready. 100% recommended!
