Threads are cheap and just don't hold up.
Poor quality. The external threads on the receiver are not deep enough to hold the nut. The nut will loosen with the slightest vibration or use. And I can't tighten the nut enough to hold it without slipping even if I just hand tighten it. This is the second one I bought hoping the first one I got was just a defect. This one is the same. The rest of the quality seems normal. Why can't threads be big enough to work the way they're supposed to work, just like all other threads? They are made as a cheap fake from China. I'm sending this back.
