Hole Drilling Accessories

I didn't have a 18mm hole saw but one of my step drill bits fitted perfectly. I propped up the plastic panel from my bike with scrap wood while I drilled the hole.

Pros
  • Special Offer
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Real Rubber Cover - Lighting and Electrical

Replacement for a cheap plastic block with a broken cover. Much better, looks like it will last much longer. The tight fit is a plus, not a minus. A little dielectric grease works wonders and should provide additional protection against corrosion. As with most things, some lube will always help with insertion.

Pros
  • Nice Appearance
Cons
  • Some Imperfections

OEM is looking for a battery connector.

An easy way to add a 12vdc power connector to my battery maintenance tool. Nothing is worse than a dead battery while shoveling snow. Installation was easy into an existing SAE fused port. Installed through the front fender as in the photo. I added some dielectric grease to the joint and then sealed it with double wall heat shrink tubing. Nice clean install.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Damaged

Clean looks and easy installation….

Bought to repair a golf cart battery as it cannot be used for a long time. I used to only have a SAE cable sticking out through a hole with a rubber grommet. Functional yes. Professional looking, no. Saw one of these and installed it. It offers a very clean look and a safe place to connect service personnel without having to lift the seat every time.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • So so

Threads are cheap and just don't hold up.

Poor quality. The external threads on the receiver are not deep enough to hold the nut. The nut will loosen with the slightest vibration or use. And I can't tighten the nut enough to hold it without slipping even if I just hand tighten it. This is the second one I bought hoping the first one I got was just a defect. This one is the same. The rest of the quality seems normal. Why can't threads be big enough to work the way they're supposed to work, just like all other threads? They are made as a

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn

The braid is very tight in the nest, especially in the cold. So tight that sometimes the electrical connection fails. You can wiggle it sometimes, but often you have to pull it out and try to connect again. You should always keep an eye on the charger to see if a connection has been made. Standard pigtail-to-pigtail connections don't require this kind of fiddling. Update from 21.12. The bushing becomes even stronger as it ages and hardens. You have to pull and move very hard to disconnect…

Pros
  • Durable test results
Cons
  • A newer model could have been chosen
