I downloaded the Polar Flow applications, which is an application that maintains a workout log. I installed the Polar Beat application, which is a program that monitors real-time heart rate and displays the pulse zone in which the individual who is wearing the sensor is now placed. Has pros: 1. A watch is not required for this sensor, which is a cardiosensor. At this point in time, it does not make sense to purchase watches or any other items that are not necessary. There is no object that cannot be linked to a smartphone. My smartphone, which runs Android 5.1.1, is coupled with this minuscule and lightweight sensor. 2. Belt or alternatively "rubber band" - this is the name of the sensor mount on the body, pleasant to the touch, many elements preventing slipping, insulation that can be moistened 2. Belt or alternatively "rubber band" - this is the name of the sensor mount on the body 2. 3. The software for the sensor can be activated through the application using bluetooth; I did this as soon as I connected the sensor to Polar Beat. All applications support 2022. Integrates smoothly with Strava. 4. The capacity to work without a smartphone in order to write to the device's internal memory, most likely for use with waterfowl. Because it is always possible to control one's heart rate while running and cycling, it is best to maintain one's smartphone on one's person at all times during these activities. I attached the phone to the bike using a holder that was designed to look like the attachment for the computer on the bike: 1. Bought a sturdy case for my phone. 2. I went out and purchased a bracket to go with the holder. 3. I went out and purchased a holder. 4. After drilling a hole in each of them, I used a self-tapping screw to secure them in place after I had first fixed the cover on the bracket's sticky base. 5. I attached the resulting bracket-case combination to the smartphone so that it couldn't be removed. 6. I reattached the holder to the steering wheel, and now the smartphone can be attached to the holder and removed from the holder in the same manner as a standard bike computer. On the neck of the holder in front of the steering wheel, on the same level as the wheel, everything appears to be a standard bike computer. Cons: As stated in the package instructions, the rubber band will eventually wear out, and you will be required to purchase a new one. The cost of the new rubber band will be equal to one-half of the total cost of the whole set (sensor plus rubber band).
