My grandson loves looking at and touching family photo frames on the coffee table. But fragile frames or frames with glass must be held by him. I went to the local frame shop looking for strong, unbreakable picture frames, but couldn't find anything suitable. I bought them as an unbreakable alternative and filled each page with family photos. Before his visit, we take down the frames on the coffee table and put them on display. He can stack them, drop them, throw them, and the pictures are fine. I printed out the photos on my home computer printer so I could easily replace and update the content.
