Just received and assembled this, this is a universal stand for any VR headset and while it does the job it feels very cheap. It comes in parts and you just slide the controller mounts onto the longer vertical bars that snap onto the base, you also slide the platform that holds the front of the headset over the vertical bars and then just snap the headband clip into place, holding it in place. all together. Overall I'm happy with it, I now have an 'official' place for my VR headset but was a bit disappointed when I saw it came in parts as I thought it was a solid/one piece mount. .
