Review on Crunch CS693 6x9-Inch Full Range 3-Way Car Speaker by James Townsend

Bought two pairs. One pair has the tweeter grille broken and it appears the tweeter is not genuine, there are no voice coil leads. The second speaker that failed had metal shavings from machining attached to the pole piece and causing a short when moved. Both had to be replaced. What should have been a 2 hour job took 2 days. It took me a while to figure out why a speaker was intermittently shorting out. Their build quality is poor, the sound is satisfactory.
