I like this system because it allows me, as someone who does not have much experience with computers or IT systems/apps (I am learning),to be able understand how things work when they need fixing etc without having too many computer skills myself! The customer service team are very helpful & friendly also which makes using them easier than other companies where you feel at times their attitude could make your day less pleasant!! There isn't anything really i dislike about LBi but if there was one thing id say would possibly improve my overall opinion then its maybe more options within each module so we can customise our own modules rather than just choosing from pre made ones? But all good though :) We run multiple offices across Australia now through out various different sites - some staff do remote working while others use office hours however sometimes issues arise such problems needing support via phone line / emailing back& forth between 2 people over several days before resolving issue arises again causing further stress upon both parties.
