What did I pay for? The product is a complete failure.

Do not take! Bought only because of the name of the company. The sound was quite satisfactory, the problems began after 2 weeks of use. One ear began to sound quieter, I went to the store, I couldn’t prove it there! A month later, the other ear began to wheeze. Returned to the store, there were other sellers. I was told that it was my own fault, since mechanically, like damaged the cable.
