Review on Thetford Titan Sewer Fitting 17881 by Fernando Hudson

I bought the entire hose kit from a local pickup truck dealer for $80 less than a year ago. As other reviews suggest, do not buy it as the seal is leaking. Shortly after asking for a new seal I called Thetford. They sent a $37 replacement tube that didn't fit in my storage compartment. The reason I spent $80 on a tube instead of $10-20 was the odd fit of my storage compartment. The Smart Drain hose fits and works with the exception of seal leaks. All I need is a new design seal. In the meantime I have replaced this pad with one from a competitor, which generally gets by with just a few drops. I just bought 2 new pads from Thetford to fix this problem. They were too thick and didn't work so I just called Thetford for assistance. The support agent was unwilling to provide support. I'm just asking them to speak to their supervisors to find a seal for #17729.. So this review: save yourself the headache and don't buy thetford products as they will drop them and in no time something else to sell. They will give the impression that they designed and manufactured the product, which a customer service representative told me is not true.
