Rubber Coated Ball Heads - Long term problem
Overall I like it. However, as others have said, the problem lies with the rubberized ball heads. The flex they have means you can never hang your phone in mid-air. It simply lowers until the support arm rests against your dash. You'll most likely need your phone here, but if the ball heads were hard, textured plastic or metal, that wouldn't be a problem. The phone holder grips work amazing even though they have two extra posts at the top which is all I can think of to say this is not a copy of the Ram holder. All this to say that this is one of the more thoughtful designs, it just needs better materials and it will be a solid 5.
