Non-stick coating peels off
Do not buy this rice cooker. It works well and cooks the rice as it should, but the teflon surface is peeling off. We handled it very carefully, only using plastic utensils to remove the rice. It does not matter. He keeps showing off. I don't know if Teflon is carcinogenic, but I'll let you know in a year or two. Today I went to Revain to buy a new rice cooker.
