I bought this clock because I wanted to wake it up with the radio instead of the annoying alarm clock from my phone and also I wanted to get out of the habit of closing at night on the phone (setting an alarm on your phone inevitably led to checking email, browsing social media, etc.). But I also needed a clock that didn't light up the whole room - surprisingly hard to find. This watch is the perfect solution for me. You can fully dim the clock so you can sleep in a dark room. The watch is very easy to set up - I was able to do this without the instructions but they have videos and written instructions if I need them. The clock is also very compact so it doesn't take up much space on my bedside table.
