Review on 🥛 Bodum 11870-01US Bistro Electric Milk Frother 10oz (Black) - Review, Price & Features by Carl Movahed

We really liked this blower. It worked great for about 40 days and then just died. As the return period was 30 days we contacted Bodum and requested a replacement based on their one year warranty. Bodum responded with a case number and a request for more information. They were granted on April 13. Nothing has been heard from them since that date (now June 16). I sent 3 additional emails with no success. UPDATE: June 16th, 2020 Bodum have finally responded and credited us on their website for buying another blower that is out of stock until July. The delay was likely due to the Covid-10 crisis.
