We really liked this blower. It worked great for about 40 days and then just died. As the return period was 30 days we contacted Bodum and requested a replacement based on their one year warranty. Bodum responded with a case number and a request for more information. They were granted on April 13. Nothing has been heard from them since that date (now June 16). I received this unit a few weeks ago. Initially, it frothed the almond milk perfectly which I always use. But after a while, the almond milk stopped foaming, and the result was an unappetizing porridge. I reported this to the company, but all I got from them was a description of the properties of almond milk compared to regular milk. They claimed that almond milk would not foam successfully, which is false. I sent them pictures of previous almond milk foam results and then current results. They

This machine has replaced my five year old Nespresso. Bodum is much lighter and really does the job of heating and frothing milk at the same time. So far it has worked well and given the milk a thick froth. There are two points to pay attention to if you want to use this machine effectively. 1- There is only one frothing nozzle and therefore the only way to control the froth/milk ratio is to turn off the switch before the cycle is complete to get more milk than froth, or leave it running and…

I really saw this product in a video recipe. Someone made a pumpkin chai latte (rough) and used one of these for steamed and frothed milk. I immediately went to Revane to check it out and here it is! This gem is perfect for my latte/cappuccino needs. It's a single serving (or double depending on how much milk you poured), it's small for easy storage, it evaporates and froths milk very quickly, and it works great! Cleaning is also easy.
