1) Milk burns or sticks to the bottom, especially if you don't have a whisk installed. 2) The whisk is easy to lose and impossible to replace - rendering everything useless. 3) For multiple cups of coffee: It's not possible to do multiple batches of frothing/heating - the thermostat turns the machine off so you can't just pour in more milk and it works - - you have to wait for it to decide to turn it back on . 4) The machine is "off" or "on" but not "started" or "ready" - if you have used most of the milk but don't turn off the machine, it waits for a while, then turns on again and burn the rest. 5) The machine is very difficult to clean, especially when baking in milk.
