Review on TMS CART CANOE KAYAK KY001 Carrier Trolley by Brandon Mercado

There seems to be a general consensus about tires: they smell really, really bad! But thanks to a previous reviewer, the smell can be eliminated by soaking the tires in a solution of white vinegar and water and drying them in the open sun for a few days. The strap that comes with the trolley is really useless for securing the kayak in place. I found a quick and easy fix (and cheap) from a picture hanger I had in hand. I bought a roll of galvanized steel hangers, cut a piece off and wrapped it around a D-ring (all available at Home Depot). As shown in the pictures I made 4 rings that I attached to either side of the carriage (I had to drill 2 holes in the frame and use the holes already drilled to attach the frame). I use 2 elastic cords and it's really secure now. You can go even further and use adjustable shoulder straps instead. As I said, great cart for the money and thanks to crowdsourcing we're making it even better!
