Poor quality - Industrial Electrical

I don't like them at all. First: They don't fit my 5/16" screw. Almost, but not. Second: Very thin, very flexible metal. Third: Crimping area. Very short. About 1/3 of the insulator. Fourth: Given the above .I wouldn't be surprised that the "gold plating" is "gold color" and not real gold plating.
