I bought a new house. The cupboards were a bit worn, the old gold on the handles was peeling, the doors looked a bit sloppy. I bought 20 new bronze oiled knobs and polished each door with protective knobs. I made a door a day with morning coffee. Almost three weeks later, these cabinets look great. The combination of the new grips and the protective polish look really good. I've used Guardsman for a few other things and it works well and the finish is retained. I'm hitting up a few spots on the cabinets here and there as I don't think anyone has ever polished them. I have a feeling the guardsman saved those cabinets. Combined with the new handles they look fresh.
