I didn't understand a word of the person who helped me
I received my printer without the ink that should have been there. Now I don't have a cell phone anymore. and I'm old and don't drive and how or why should I send it back to order again and maybe the same thing will happen. Why don't you just send me the ink? I don't mean that as an insult, I'm just frustrated, mainly because I had no idea what the person said even after they tried to say it again and I didn't send any backups and I can't see where i can you get it. high . PLEASE HELP ME
