I didn't understand a word of the person who helped me

I received my printer without the ink that should have been there. Now I don't have a cell phone anymore. and I'm old and don't drive and how or why should I send it back to order again and maybe the same thing will happen. Why don't you just send me the ink? I don't mean that as an insult, I'm just frustrated, mainly because I had no idea what the person said even after they tried to say it again and I didn't send any backups and I can't see where i can you get it. high . PLEASE HELP ME

Be careful who you buy from!

Be careful who you buy this from. The instructions clearly show that there should be 2 cartridges in the box. Our 2 printers ordered from "Best Deals" did not contain ink cartridges. Your purchase will cost you $61 at Staples. We returned them and bought them from a different seller and the ink cartridges were included.

Do they really come with black and color ink cartridges and USB cables?

This is confirmation that the Canon MG2522 printer that I ordered on January 17, 2021 (and was successfully delivered the next day) comes with black ink cartridge PG -245 and color ink cartridge CL-246 supplied; Also included was a 3 foot USB cable. By the way, when I connected the printer to my Windows 10 laptop and turned on the printer, the Windows OS immediately recognized the printer and installed all the drivers automatically and quickly. A simple printer that does its job

Comes without a USB cable and does not support wireless. It also has no fax function. It was exactly what I wanted for a basic printer. It was easy to set up and I love the ability to make color or black and white copies without a separate scanner. It's slow and noisy, but I can live with that. The inks seem expensive but we'll have to see how long they last. So far we still use test cartridges.

A disgusting piece of junk!

Even at this price this printer is junk! Bought this printer 2 months ago. From day one he dropped several pages. If you want to print one page, five sheets are fed. If I got 50 pages from the black cartridge, I was lucky (there is still a lot of color ink left). The black cartridge costs the same as the printer. After only two months of use and about 50 pages, the printer stopped working. It showed a paper jam error and there was no paper in the device. I uninstalled and reinstalled the…
