I have several filters in a row. i had 1st sieve ispring2. rope.3. This activated carbon filter4. White notepad. I noticed that I was under a lot of pressure, then it eased off. So that's fine because I have a direct city. When the pressure drops, the pump from the tank turns on. BUT I noticed that the pump worked a lot. It was 25psi in the city and very little was coming out. I found that this filter was blocked by elimination. i cut it There was no trace or dirt in it. I blocked one end and tried to blow through. There was one big caveat. Is this filter good? Yes super good. HO1. not for whole house 2.not for pressure less than 60psi.3. Not for large amounts. Maybe great for an ice maker or drinking water. It is so thin that water has to flow through a dense coal wall.
