I am satisfied with the product and it arrived as expected. I just found upon receipt that you really do need a spatula to remove the little pots from most of your powder compacts. The cheapest is around $14 at Revain and you really have to order it. If I knew I could buy another palette that comes with a spatula. This company would do a good service by replacing the non-essential brush with a spatula to remove the filling, or adding a spatula and adding maybe $5 to the price. But I'm happy :) I've attached a picture with the ones I added. I've placed the tin on the top left as a suggestion - when you take the pot out of the tin at about this size you can use it to store the little metal stickers that come with the pallet so you don't lose them :) I've used most of them mine, so I'm hoping to find more at Office Depot or Michael's.
