I am happy with the product and it arrived as expected

I am satisfied with the product and it arrived as expected. I just found upon receipt that you really do need a spatula to remove the little pots from most of your powder compacts. The cheapest is around $14 at Revain and you really have to order it. If I knew I could buy another palette that comes with a spatula. This company would do a good service by replacing the non-essential brush with a spatula to remove the filling, or adding a spatula and adding maybe $5 to the price. But I'm happy :)โ€ฆ

Excellent purchase! good for makeup

I bought this palette as opposed to other "popular" magnetic palettes on the market. I'm so glad I did! I LOVE the giant mirror! I am also very impressed with the brush that comes with it. This is the perfect travel brush. They also sent pot removal tips which were very helpful. I'm already planning to buy it back.

Finally - A palette that WORKS!

Like many others, I was surprised by the size of this palette, despite measuring and comparing it to another palette I have. However. . . . . It turned out to be the perfect size as I currently have all my essentials in one place except for the mascara and eyelash curler such as eyeshadow, eyeliner and applicator brushes and lipsticks. I added eyeshadows as the bottom of the palette is magnetized so you don't have to search for the perfect shade anymore. For the cake eyeliner, I use a blackโ€ฆ

Excellent customer service

When I received it the palette organizer didn't have a brush inside. I just wanted to make sure he should come up with what he was supposed to have and customer service emailed me about it right away. She also made sure I got the brush too. The item itself is quite good, quite sturdy and not only has a double brush but also a mirror. I like the depth inside because you can place thicker shapes(?) or need other shapes like regular eyeshadow shapes. I use it for single pots that I get through anโ€ฆ

It's becoming a well-known fact that the brand's magnetic 'Z-Palettes' palettes aren't that great for the money, so I looked at this guy to buy my first Palette. - I'm so glad I did! The entire palette feels pretty solid, with a massive magnetic clasp that I definitely appreciate and not have to worry about opening if I'm clumsy. The outer material is prone to dings as it has a silky smooth finish - if that's important to you. I always decorate everything with stickers or paint anyway, so Iโ€ฆ
