When I received it the palette organizer didn't have a brush inside. I just wanted to make sure he should come up with what he was supposed to have and customer service emailed me about it right away. She also made sure I got the brush too. The item itself is quite good, quite sturdy and not only has a double brush but also a mirror. I like the depth inside because you can place thicker shapes(?) or need other shapes like regular eyeshadow shapes. I use it for single pots that I get through an ipsy subscription. As soon as I get more, I will definitely buy more!
