I had an Emerill oven but the cheaply made french doors that were held by an internal plastic piece snapped when it accidentally shut hard. So, upon my retiring it, I bought the Kaloric and have no issues with it. I prefer Emerils in cooking and operation, but I like that the Kalorics doors are stronger. I don't understand though, why there is a gap between doors letting heat out. Overall, this machine does ok and I'm content with it overall.
