I like that it is easy to create unique content in different colors or font sizes with little editing of templates. It's also not as expensive as some other software out there! There are still many features missing such as creating custom fields/pages, importing contacts, etc. Some people may prefer more familiar tools but they will be able to use this tool once they get used to its interface. This is great if you want a simple way to manage your emails and signatures without having to spend hours on something else (like Word). We have been using it primarily to store our business cards information so we can easily access them during meetings at conferences.
