Problems warming up, new blocks sent. Just take a look.

Bought two of these. The USB charging port gets so hot I'm worried my desk might catch fire. Unfortunately, I didn't use the USB on either one soon enough to trade them in for a spare. I hope Trip Light does the right thing. UPDATE: It's called Tripp Lite and will be replaced. Great CS! I hope the problem doesn't occur again. report
