This backpack looks very sturdy and feels good to hold. It doesn't feel cheap at all and even the flash looks powerful. The bag opens and closes with 2 zippers. The bag has a standard pocket at the bottom, big enough to hold a decent amount of items. There are pockets for a water bottle on the sides. I wish I had this backpack with me during my trip to Asia instead of carrying a separate strap just to have another bottle of water handy. The inside is made of smooth and thick fabric that feels comfortable. He can store the phone in a separate case with slots for other items. Note that none of the inner pockets have zippers. So turning the bag upside down will throw things around inside. In general I like it very much. Compared to your standard backpack, this is considered one of the higher tiers.
