Good overall

I liked my previous Jabra wireless headsets from work so I decided to buy my own. The audio is very good and I like the ability to mute the audio by lifting the mic up. And also by clicking the left earcup to hear others without removing the headset. Noooott. There are a few things that could be better. The headset dock uses micro USB. WHY ABOUT WHY? All previous headsets used wireless charging. I understand why they did it. So you can conveniently charge your headset from anywhere, and for good reason. But getting it right is an issue, and all my other devices are USB-C. This is a premium device, why does it use 2012 technology? In fact, I disabled noise reduction. When it's on, there's a weird "ears full, don't quite pop on a plane" feeling that's annoying at best. The Bluetooth range is about average. It starts breaking about 10 feet sooner than other Jabra headsets. I was also pleased to be able to connect this headset to my work laptop and desktop (one with a dongle on one and Bluetooth on the other) as well as my phone. Using this method is fraught with errors and hassles, so I mostly use a wired headset with my home computer. Overall I'm happy with this product, but to really knock it out of the park these issues need to be addressed. This is an expensive headset, but I wear a wireless headset 6 hours a day. It was worth it.
