Review on 🍳 Efficient Red Norpro Silicone Microwave Double Egg Poacher by Bryan Moon

I love poached eggs and love that this poacher offers such a quick and easy way to cook them. Half the power in my 1500 watt microwave tended to overcook the yolks, leaving some of the whites raw. Using 30% power for 3 minutes is good to get soft yolk with boiled egg white with big eggs. However, my microwave uses inverter technology, which actually reduces power at lower power settings, rather than cycling on and off like most microwaves, so times may vary. I don't like commercial cooking sprays so I used safflower oil in oil mist to spray poachers which works really well. Cleaning was easy, whether it was hand wash or the top rack of the dishwasher.
