Good product: Kitchen and dining room

The picture was created with a scale of 1:10. I don't know my power. The whites were still a bit watery at the bottom. But at 1:30 the yolk is done cooking, phew. Make sure you have some on top because in just over a minute the eggs will start popping off the lid and exploding a bit all over the microwave. Good product, easy to clean, I recommend.

Convenient and cooks great

I know I can do the same thing with 2 cans of eggs, but this double whisk comes in very handy: drizzle with oil, add 2 eggs, season, cover, microwave, cook, take out and enjoy. In my medium microwave, I use two large eggs and cook at 50 percent power for 1:50. That works every time. The egg white is cooked, but the yolk is still runny. This is my kind of egg. I've been using this poacher for almost a month now and I've got a routine. First, I pop a sliced English muffin into the toaster and…

Perfect Microwave Egg Machine

I love poached eggs and love that this poacher offers such a quick and easy way to cook them. Half the power in my 1500 watt microwave tended to overcook the yolks, leaving some of the whites raw. Using 30% power for 3 minutes is good to get soft yolk with boiled egg white with big eggs. However, my microwave uses inverter technology, which actually reduces power at lower power settings, rather than cycling on and off like most microwaves, so times may vary. I don't like commercial cooking…

does the job 5/8 times

I've been looking for a 2 egg microwave egg poacher for a while and bought a pair which after a few tries proved useless. this one actually works, so yes. but inconsistent and I can't figure out why. 1) I tried to use it simply, but first you have to spray the oil, otherwise they stick and it's almost impossible to pull them out without breaking. 2) usually a minute and 1 egg comes out perfect but the other is still raw and runny and the white part is still transparent 3) other times 1 minute…

Great egg cooker! suitable for poachers with eggs

I needed a safer alternative to my old plastic poacher microwave that was probably BPA free so I ordered this. I'm so glad I did this because my eggs cook so much better than my old ones. First, it's not exactly a poached egg because you don't have to add water, so the texture is different. I consider this a plus as you don't have to drain the water before eating. I use this because sometimes I need a quick egg (1 minute 15 seconds at 50% power in my 1000w microwave) that has a fully cooked egg

Yes! It really works!

As mentioned, this is the first microwave egg cooker that actually works! As a bonus, it is the easiest to use and also easy to clean. I've had 3 or 4 microwave egg cookers in the past, some required precise addition of a small amount of water, some would cause the egg to explode if not punctured before cooking. , all of which require at least a modest amount of cleaning before being used for the next batch of eggs. Main features:-) The base is made of not too flexible silicone rubber. It…

UPDATE: Doesn't work that well because top is cracked

Norpro Double Egg Poacher Silicone Microwave UPDATE 11-4-18 Clear plastic top cracked and now it doesn't fit as well, probably less tight. Eggs take longer to cook. The top can fall into two parts, in which case it is unusable. I have always been careful with the tip and have never dropped it. I didn't even wash it in the dishwasher. So disappointed. I used to love it. But it only lasted a little over a year and now I'm looking for another one on Revain. I will not buy again. I like 06.10.2017.
