My 3 year old granddaughter had a fever but I didn't know how bad. This forehead thermometer was spot on. He stuck to them for more than 18 hours and was accurate in his readings. I was able to tell when the fever was starting to rise and take appropriate measures to calm it down. I recommend 100%
